There are significant skills gaps appearing in certain sectors. We can provide specifc students and graduates from a variety of areas (e.g. software development, engineering) to fill these skills gaps.

We are significantly more cost-effective than graduate recruitment agencies and outsourcers as we are not for profit. The small fee we charge covers the basic costs of running our organisation. Organisations who hire temporary staff or contractors find us especially cost-effective as we can source candidates with the same skill and experience level for a much lower rate. Our interns are not as motivated by financial incentives; they are driven by the learning experience, self development and cultural interaction.
