• How can I join AIESEC?

You may join AIESEC by filling out an application form. For more detailed information about the selection & application process refer to the following site.

•  Do I have to pay a membership fee?

No, membership in AIESEC is free of charge.

• When can I assume a leadership position in AIESEC?

In order to assume a leadership position in AIESEC we usually require at least three months of active AIESEC experience OR internship experience with AIESEC. For senior management positions we require at least 6 months of AIESEC experience. The exact requirements depend on the Local Chapter you are part of.

• Does AIESEC membership increase my career prospects?

It is up to you! We offer you a global platform to build your international network, participate in a global learning environment and gain experience in  leadership positions – it is up to you how you will use these experiences. This being said, many AIESEC Alumni are leaders

• How much time per week do I have to spend for AIESEC?

This depends on your position as well as on the requirements of the Local Chapter you are part of, however a minimum of 5 hours per week are expected from any member.

• What are the selection criteria?

We are looking for people who are open-minded and  take an active interest in other cultures and world issues. AIESEC Members are interested in developing themselves and pushing their own personal boundaries.
