Program Information

In AIESEC, we develop young people into leaders who are

  • Entrepreneurial
  • Culturally sensitive
  • Socially responsible
  • Active learners

Membership program:

It is one of the most crucial ways in which you can start on your path towards leadership development.  In this phase you will be introduced to a practical team experience, gain access to a global network and engage in practical hard skills development projects.

Leadership program:

This experience will culminate in your personal and professional development through the concept of team
building and management. You get to experience directing other members and guiding them in their work, thus becoming a crucial part of their development.

One of the best ways to develop what it takes to be a leader is to take up one of the 8,500 leadership roles involved in running AIESEC, as well as training in soft skills and functional areas in over 470 conferences and thousands of activities each year.

The fact that this global organisation, with more than 60,000 people in more than 111 countries is run by a group of university students and recent graduates is impressive. The fact that the entire management turns over every year is even more impressive. But, that is what makes AIESEC unique and gives you the opportunity to step up and take on leadership roles.
